BREAST IMPLANT (AUGMENTATION): -

Breast Implant is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast for a number of reasons:

To enhance the body contour of a woman who, feels her breast size is too small
To balance a difference in breast size.
If, with aging, the appearance of the breasts change, it is possible to undergo a breast lift to improve contour

By inserting an implant behind each breast, surgeons are able to increase a woman's bustline by one or more bra cup sizes.

The surgery can be done under local anesthesia. The incision can be made either in the crease where the breast meets the chest or around the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple). The incision is placed so resulting scars will be as inconspicuous as possible.

MALE BREAST (GYNAECOMASTIA) REDUCTION: -

It is an embarrassing problem for the males. Liposuction or surgical reduction can be done depending upon the size of breasts.

FAT IMPLANT: -

Fat Injections or Fat Grafting is the technique of moving fat from one area of the body to another to improve contour, correct defects or enhance features to regain a more youthful appearance.

Fat implant can be done in various indications:-

To smoothen lines & wrinkles (lines around the mouth & eyes).
To fill out the cheeks, chin (sunken cheeks) & under eye area.
To fill certain types of scars.
Lip augmentation.

LIPOSUCTION: -

Liposuction may be performed on the abdomen, hips, thighs, calves, arms, buttocks, back, neck (double chin) or face.

If you have deposits of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise,
liposuction may be your key to success!

The number of fat cells in an adult is said to be constant. When weight is gained, those fat cells simply grow. If an area such as the flanks, hips, buttocks or thighs have excess numbers of fat cells as compared to the rest of the body, these areas will always be out of proportion. Liposuction permanently removes these excess fat cells. While this is not a protection against generalized weight gain, the area that has been suctioned will remain proportionately smaller forever!

It is not true that the fat appears elsewhere after liposuction.
The recontouring is permanent.

This procedure takes from 30 minutes to three hours and is done on an outpatient basis. Down time is usually only a few days.

BLEPHEROPLASTY (EYELID CORRECTION): -

Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes - features that make you look older and tired, and may even interfere with your vision.

Patients with excess skin or puffy appearance on the upper eyelids; excess skin, bags and dark circles on the lower eyelids can also be improved.

Eyelid surgery is usually performed under local anesthesia.

The incision is made following the natural lines of your eyelids leaving no visible scar. The positive results of your eyelid surgery- the more alert and youthful look-will last for years. For many people, these results are permanent.

Blephroplasty

RHINOPLASTY (NOSE REPAIR): -

Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic procedure designed to improve the nasal size, shape, and contour.

In Rhinoplasty one or more of the following procedures are done:

Reduction of bulk of the tip, size of nostrils.

Elevation of depressed nose by adding cartilage , bone or implant.

Removal of hump.

Reshaping of nasal bones.

Elevation of tip of nose.

This procedure is generally done in the office under local or general anesthesia. Recovery is usually about one week.

VAGINAL SURGERY (Hymenoplasty & Labiaplasty)

Labiaplasty is a cosmetic genital surgical procedure that will reduce the size or change the shape of the small lips on the outside of the vagina (the labia minora).
